Property Description

Fortunes Rocks home with beautiful views over a pond to the ocean. Featuring hardwood floors and an updated kitchen. Tucked away for complete privacy but with easy access to the sandy beach via a 10 minute walk. All of the bedrooms are on the same floor. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and an attached 3/4 bath. One of the other bedrooms has a queen while the other two each have 2 twins. Enjoy the outside deck which has chairs, table and umbrella. Right off the deck is a larger dining table which seats 6-8 people. A perfect spot for early mornings and after spending the day at the beach! Multiple week stays receive $200 discount per additional week. This home is also available for winter rental January 2025 through May 2025. Monthly rent of $3700 includes cable/internet and water. Tenants responsible for heat and electricity.
